Purpose
- To produce excellent graduates who have knowledge and expertise in the field of Accounting who are global-minded, creative, innovative, and virtuous.
- Produce superior scientific work through research activities and scientific publications in the accounting field that meet qualifications at the national and regional levels.
- Provide guidance and consultation in the field of accounting, to the public, especially to support the competitiveness of the national economy at the regional level.

Target :
In achieving the vision, mission and goals, several targets have been set with the following stages of achievement:
a. The targets to be achieved in 2015 are:
1. The achievement of improving the quality of graduates with superior personalities, global insight, creative, innovative and virtuous, as well as mastering knowledge and expertise in the field of specialization in accounting for service/trade and industrial companies who are able to:
- Get avarage cumulatif Indeks achievemnt to 3,25.
- Get the best graduate scholarships to continue their studies to the second strata as much as 10% of graduates.
- Achieve achievements in the field of accounting at the national level at least 2% of the total number of graduates.
- Achieve achievements in other areas of expertise at the Asean level at least 1% of graduates
- Get a job in accordance with the field of expertise at least 3 months after graduation
2. The implementation of a competency-based curriculum according to the needs of the business world and industry, by upholding morals and ethics.
3. Fulfillment of professional, broad-minded, disciplined, accountable and virtuous educators and education staff and have competitiveness at the national and regional levels
- 60% of permanent lecturers have a master's education qualification in the field of Accounting, 20% of them achieve a doctorate.
- 60% of education personnel meet educational qualifications and skills according to their of work.
4. The implementation of learning methods based on student center learning supported by the latest technology.
5. Achieved compliance with the implementation of the academic quality assurance system.
6. The achievement of increasing the quality and quantity of scientific papers published at the national and regional levels by achieving:
- 3% of permanent lecturers achieve national level achievements in the field of Accounting.
- 1% of permanent lecturers achieve ASEAN level achievements in the field of Accounting.
- 50% of permanent lecturers publish their scientific works through national accredited journals and 5% through internationally accredited journals
- 75% of permanent lecturers achieve the quality and quantity of guidance and consulting services to the public in the field of accounting that supports competitiveness at the level of national and regional.
b. The targets to be achieved in 2018 are:

The Accounting Study Program FE UPI Y.A.I produces graduates who have major competencies in accounting with specialization in Financial Accounting, Taxation, Management Accounting & Auditing as follows:
1. Able to present financial reports in accordance with accounting standards in Indonesia and internationally.
